Presentation Description
How to Get Along with Anyone, Including Jerry the Jerk and Darlene the Diva
Knowing our temperament style and how it influences our interaction with others is how we can strengthen our working relationships. Participants will have the opportunity to take a personal temperament inventory that provides valuable awareness of the four primary temperament styles. We’ll discover communication strategies that enable us to have more productive teams. We’ll learn pointers to bring out the best in our co-workers while minimizing the negative impact difficult individuals have on the organizational climate.
This eye-opening— and fun! — learning experience will have you laughing about yourself, while giving you new insight on how to get along with even the prickliest personalities and customers.
